| Terms and Conditions of Travel: |

RESERVATIONS |
| |
|
Tickets must be pre-purchased and prepaid 24 hours prior to travel. Ticket must be verified with a booking number (obtained from Port Stephens Coaches Office). Passengers with ticketed bookings may change their travel itinerary up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service departure date. |

EMBARKATION |
| |

Passenger are advised to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. |
| |
BAGGAGE |
| |
|
Passenger baggage is limited to two suitcases, a small overnight bag may be carried inside the coach. All luggage should be clearly labelled. No single item is to weigh more than 20 kgs. The company takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of luggage arising out of or in any way incidental to the service. We strongly recommend passengers take out baggage insurance.
Bikes, golf clubs, surfboards etc only carried by prior arrangement.
Passengers are advised to remove all carry on baggage while disembarking at rest stops. |

No responsibility will be accepted by the company for unaccompanied children whilst in transit however every care will be taken to ensure their safety. |

REFUND AND CANCELLATION FEES |

24 HOURS PRIOR TO DAY OF DEPARTURE passenger is entitled to total refund less agents commission.
DAY OF DEPARTURE – NO refund available
RETURN DATES – can be changed providing more than 24 hours notice is given. No refund for unused return tickets. |
